Hello! My name is Teacher Sher. I taught English, Math and Science in the Middle East and SE Asia. Spending time in the UAE, Dubai teaching at a home based school gave me a deeper understanding of different teaching methods to apply everyday in my approach to education. I look forward to having fun while also learning our way to a flowing vocabulary.

I completed a course in ECD (Early Childhood Development) at the College of Cape Town in November 2007. In addition I have completed four-and-half years of intensive training at the Centre for Creative Education in Cape Town, South Africa, graduating with a BA in Eurythmy in June 2013. I also completed an MA in Education in March 2019. Some highlights from my current and past teaching experiences include: • Redesigning grade 1 & 2 science and kindergarten curriculum to best suit special needs learners in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from September 2019 - April - 2021. • Being awarded curriculum specialist for the Kindergarten Department, where I introduced exercises and tasks to assist with fine motor skills in Bangkok, Thailand from January - July 2018. • Advised and did demo lessons for new teachers in Bangkok, Thailand from January - July 2018. • Headed up the Eurythmy program in Dubai, UAE from December 2013 – September 2014. • Award of appreciation received for outstanding performance 2019 – 2020.
